NUT LGBT+ Teachers’ Conference Report 2017
The NTA sends delegates to the NUT’s LGBT+ Teachers’ Annual Conference. Read the conference report and consider attending in 2018.
The NTA has supported the Aston Mansfield PARIS Project in Newham and has made financial donations to it. Our previous LGBT Office assisted with their work.
You are reminded that the Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans History Month takes place every year in February. It celebrates the lives and achievements of the LGBT community. LGBT History Month aims to encourage everyone to see diversity and cultural pluralism as the positive forces that they are and endeavour to reflect this in practice. Schools are encouraged to hold activities throughout the month of February.
